There are two different plans to choose from as follows:

  • If you want our office to help you through the process of setting up the account, helping with the entire process and holding you accountable to getting this completed in a timely manner, then the one-time charge will be $1,000. Then, there will be a yearly fee of $250 for our office to make sure you are keeping up with the information and having a meeting one-on-one during every year thereafter.
  • If you are one to “do it yourself”, then there will be a yearly fee of $75 for the use of the software.

That is up to you! You will be able to determine who and when someone will have access to the software. For example, you may want your attorney to have access to this information right away, so you are able to provide him or her access immediately. Or, maybe you do not want your children to have access to this information until you have passed away, then you have the flexibility to do that as well!

Once you are a client, you will have 24/7 access to the information and can update or delete what is needed at your discretion.

No. The price includes your spouse or significant other as well.

No. It is up to you to determine who else you want, if any, to have access to your information. You can include your attorney, financial advisor, spouse/significant other, children, etc. if you so choose to have access. However, you get to determine “when” they will have access to this information.

No, the service is not just for married couples! What if you are single, will your named executor know what to do and where to find things? You have assets that you will want to hand over to your siblings or even friends. The Estate In One Place makes it easier to order and leave stuff to those who matter to you.
